How to exercise consistently

Is there anyone who would not agree that exercise is needed for better healthy life? We all know value of exercise and we want to do it. Still, many of us miss to exercise. I was reading an article about excuses of not doing exercise. Here are some good excuses:
  • I don’t have right pair of shoes to exercise
  • I like the way I am
  • I am too busy
Let’s look at two things: benefits of exercise and how to setup rules to do it consistently without making excuses.
1. Benefits of exercise:
Exercise benefits every part of the body, including the mind. Regular exercise can protect your heart, keep blood pressure and cholesterol levels healthy, maintain a healthy body weight, and protect against diabetes. If you want to learn better, exercise is helpful. Also, exercise helps in removing anxiety before giving any presentation.

2. How to do it consistently:
Rule #1: Plan to do at a time when you can be consistent on all days
Rule #2: Keep It Short: Whatever you do, make it short so that you have plenty of time to shower, do other planned activities
Rule #3: Give Yourself Something To Look Forward To

Conclusion:
Exercise has been touted as a cure for just about anything that fails you. Frequent colds? Exercise. Poor digestion? Exercise. Feel depressed? Exercise. Learn better? Exercise. Before presentation? Exercise.
If you’re not a regular exerciser and you think you might be missing out, then I have a challenge for you. Grab your calendar and schedule what time and what type of exercise you’re going to do next week. If busy , plan for five minutes, but continue it. If you can do it consistently for one week, then you can do it again. Then do it again for the following
week…and again…See the Results !
