Children's story: Three ducks

There were three ducks: Ina, Mina, and Dina. There were walking around with their mother. While playing, the lost themselves in the jungle. Mother was so worried. Three ducks were worried too. They cried for their mother and kept waling ahead. After a long walk, tired three ducks saw a castle. Castle people were celebrating a function, the honor of their beloved queen. A royal guard asked three ducks for their introduction. Three ducks told all the story. Royal guard felt sorry for the ducks. He decided to help them a little. He arranged their meetings with the King. The King heard all the story and promised them to find their mother Duck.

The Royal guard suggested ducks to wait in the castle till the kingdom find the Mother Duck. Suddenly, ducks heard a missing performer who was supposed to show a water play in the royal pond. Three ducks were super excited let everyone know they can perform. King heard about it and was very happy to know it. He allowed three ducks to perform.

Sunday evening. The performance began. The moment three ducks were ready to perform, they saw so many eyes staring at them. It was a first time for them to perform in front of such an audience. Three ducks felt little nervous. They looked at each other and together shouted, "Mom, we miss you :( ". Instead of a water performance, that night, the royal stage witnessed the crying rhythm of three ducks.

The citizens watching the show were so heartfelt and were about to stand up and say few words of love to three ducks. But, they all head a sound from the corner, "Don't stop." "Mom", screamed three ducks. It was such a joyous moment on the faces of three ducks. Then, Mom guided three ducks to not be scared. She guided little ducks to not to worry or nervous. She reminded them that everyone in this world is equally important, worthy, and skilled in something unique that world must know. Hearing such courageous words, three ducks remembered a time when they performed on a day when there was no moon light. No one watched that performance, other than three ducks themselves. There was no one to watch. There was no fear of rejection. There was no one to cheer-up, but they, themselves. There was no need to see anything or anyone. The only thing needed was the inner eyes to watch themselves. The only appreciation needed was their inner joy. Isn't it funny why we need others' validation on something we are gifted for? Shouldn't we just live in that moment, enjoy the moment to the best of each millisecond, as the world might end next minute? What's the harm?

After a brief silence, the crowd witnessed a clapping of three ducks, looking at no one. As if there's no one. The show began and such a joyous 30 minutes of the dance. The show ended very well. It was one of the best show everyone watched in their lives. Three ducks received the royal awards for the performance.

The three ducks thanked the King and royal guards to help find their mom. Mom was so proud of the little ducks. As the last thing, the king asked three ducks to promise that the will always stay with the mom, until they grow up. The three ducks nodded their head with the tears in their eyes. Everyone was so happy.
